Account Engineer-Global Services-Commercial Property Insurance

Global Services is a department strategically positioned within FM Global with its focus on account engineering and client service.  In coordination with our worldwide offices, the Global Services unit provides direct service to multi-national clients outside their corporate home territory.

Working with client service teams from multiple operations outside North America, the Global Services account engineer develops and communicates risk evaluations, assessments and improvement solutions with the client's corporate, regional and local level contacts and other members of the Client Servicing Team (including Field Engineering).  Further, the account engineer fosters development of mutually agreeable plans and facilitates the implementation to actually achieve risk improvement.  Key to this is the account engineer's understanding of the client's business, accurate prioritization of exposures and assurance that the client understands the hazards and risks.

Approximately 25% global travel 

Education:  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Science or equivalent

Experience:  A minimum of three years experience as a facility hazards loss prevention consultant with FM Global or another HPR carrier is preferred.
