Redcoat Publishing, located in Beverly, Mass., is continuously growing. We are currently hiring for ambitious, aggressive, competitive, and sales driven sales professionals for an Account Executive position in our Advertising Sales department. 

The role of an Account Executive is responsible for calling into leads provided by our editorial research department to sell advertising space in our B2B magazines.

Responsibilities include:

• High volume outbound phone calls
• Call on leads provided by the editorial research department
• Close advertising sales to attain given sales goals/quotas
• Maintain notes regarding each sales call
• Maintain a monthly report of earned commissions

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recent inside sales experience with high volume phone calls
• Articulate and professional
• Outgoing with strong interpersonal skills and an aggressive and competitive sales attitude
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Self-motivated, resourceful, adaptable and persistent
• Positive and not easily discouraged
• Money motivated
• Detail, task, and goal oriented
• Preferrably candidates who live in Boston's North Shore

We Offer:

• Base salary with uncapped commission plan resulting in high earning potential
• Base salary of $30,000 -- Total expected annual income with base plus commission = $60,000-$70,000
