The Account
Executive role will be a remote based career with on-going
travel required
throughout the Northwestern U.S. including Washington,
Oregon and California
with the need to report into the office north of
Seattle on a regular basis.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB SUMMARY: The goal of this
position is to develop and
enhance consultative relationships with current
customers to retain customer
base and maximize penetration of our products.
The Account Executive
accomplishes this through analysis of client results,
understanding client
needs and development of client specific strategic
action plans to ensure
satisfaction, retention and growth. The Account
Executive is specifically
charged with managing the relationships for a book
of business of
approximately 3-10 accounts. (Account assignment based on
size, complexity
and geographic).

Minimum
Qualifications:
Education/License/Certification: Bachelors Degree
preferred or equivalent
work experience. RN, LCSW and/or successful managed
care health account
executive experience preferred.
Experience: Three
to five years of experience in healthcare industry.
Previous account
management experience preferred.

Identification of customer needs and works with

Account
Manager-Internal:
Supports a positive working environment;
Manage
comprehensive project activity, including liaison between
operations,
systems, products, marketing, finance
Identify all problems,
issues and/or concerns as they arise and report to
Manager as
necessary
Identify penetration and growth opportunities and work with
Manager to
ensure retention and close penetration sales
Negotiate rate
renewals at or above targeted increase
Maintains a courteous and professional
attitude when working with all staff
members and the management team;
and,
Actively participates in team meetings.
Account
Manager-External:
Develop consultative relationships with buying
influencers and economic
buyers within each client
organization
Responsible for analysis and presentation of customer reports
with
recommendations as needed
Presents self to customer professionally,
representing corporate ethics and
value proposition
Develop and execute
Individualized strategic plan for each customer to
include retention, renewal
and growth strategies
Serves as a liaison and patient advocate when deemed
applicable for quality
of care and cost outcomes; and,
Communicates
appropriately and according to policy, and/or regulatory
requirements with
the practitioner(s), provider(s), patient/patients legally
appointed
representative any UM coverage
