We are seeking an energetic individual to join our account management team as a Account Executive based out of Dallas, TX.  Using creative marketing tools, the Account Executive will be responsible for providing training and product awareness to new and existing customers.  Acting as the customer expert, they will provide guidance with developing customer loyalty initiatives through training and marketing programs.  This role is responsible to continually visit and assess the success of assigned locations and identify those sites at risk for termination, working to resolve any customer concerns. To help retain current customers, this individual will create and execute regional and local promotions to ensure positive ROI.   The Account Executive will utilize resources from corporate departments to ensure customer satisfaction levels are met or exceeded. 

 

The Bottom Line: Working from a home-based office, the Account Executive will focus on creating and maintaining strong, positive relationships with assigned sites by offering hands-on, directive training and marketing support with an emphasis on customer retention.

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or marketing capacity; hospitality experience a plus. Minimum education level is Associates degree from an accredited university or equivalent job experience.

 

Candidates should also possess:

• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities

• Strong negotiation and strategic problem solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required)

• Ability to travel approximately 25%; requires insured, reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

• Experience with a large customer base is a plus
