Job Description – Account Executive, IT Division
· Establish relationships with reputable companies, ranging from mid size to Fortune 500, to provide staffing solutions for a wide range of IT disciplines in the applications, infrastructure, telecom, and security fields.
· Secure opportunities for consulting and staffing services by prospecting potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing client base
· Maintain consistent contact with clients and candidates to ensure client satisfaction and continued business growth
· Identify and qualify client requisitions and define working relationships to guarantee realistic deliverables
· Work closely with recruiters and industry representatives to provide them with details and support for client requirements around specific job openings and project requirements
· Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business goals and provide support to teammates as needed
· Develop a community presence by networking with local leaders and participating in local events and associations

· Candidates MUST possess a general understanding of IT Infrastructure Services and position responsibilities. For example: project managers, system integrators, security engineers, network engineers, system administrators, field engineers, and client support specialists (training is available)
· College Degree is required, Business or Finance degrees preferred.
· Minimum one to three years of business development experience is required, with preference given to those with IT staffing industry or general IT sales experience.
· Ability to lead sales presentations at a functional level with client hiring managers
· Professional demeanor, attire, attitude required at all times
· Ability to develop client networks within a specified region, and aggressively develop close client relationships required
· Ability to meet deadlines and work under minimal supervision
· Candidates with in-depth knowledge of the Chicagoland market will be given preference.
