Responsibilities:
•    Drive recruitment efforts through cold calling, networking, prospecting for leads and asking for referrals
•    Consult with clients to provide appropriate staffing solutions
•    Identify and/or resolve client customer service issues
•    Communicate effectively with clients, candidates and internal colleagues
•    Screen resumes, schedule, coordinate and facilitate the interview process
•    Conduct set number of marketing and candidate calls per day
•    Research new sourcing strategies
•    Research websites, job boards and other sources
•    Maintain a high level of quality phone time to clients and candidates

Requirements:
•    Minimum of 3 years selling in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment
•    Experience in recruiting, staffing and/or hiring of personnel is highly desirable
•    Proven track record of success
•    A sense of urgency and self driven accountability
•    A background in and/or knowledge of Information Technology business units found within large and small organizations
•    Ability to work on a team
•    Have the ability to create and maintain positive business relationships with new and existing clients
•    Must be self motivated
•    Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•    Must have a strong desire and commitment to work
