


As an Account Executive at RCM, your responsibilities will include: · Acting as a ‘trusted advisor’ to RCM’s strategic customers; ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities for RCM · Working with the delivery Practice Manager to identify and scope new opportunities and develop proposals that reflect customer requirements and objectives · Manage and up/cross sell project management services to existing client base · Working with consulting & sales teams to develop project management go-to-market solutions and executing marketing campaigns to support those solutions · Working with the Vice President of sales to ensure accurate forecasting of new revenue and ensuring the integrity of the pipeline information in our sales system Position Requirements · Strong expertise with Microsoft Project - preferably with Microsoft Project Server · 4+ years of engagement management experience in managing small to large engagements across the entire project lifecycle · 4 + years of project management experience · 4 + years experience managing on-going client relationships and a successful track record of selling additional services to those clients · Experience collecting requirements and working in a team environment to develop sales proposals that reflect those requirements · Experience working and presenting to CTO’s, CFO’s and CIO’s · Experience demonstrating technology applications to potential clients · A Bachelor’s Degree ** Working knowledge of Microsoft Project Server, Portfolio Server and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server is a strong plus Position requires up to 50% travel
