Our Client company is a global provider of high-performance technology solutions, by partnering with such companies as HP, Cisco, IBM, EMC, and many others.

They have a hot need for an Account Executive in the Chicago area. This person will be responsible for closing profitable sales transactions through researching sales leads, developing customer relationships, building strong relationships with partners & vendors, and generating proposals & quotations.

  This is a Sales role, with the following needs:
  
  
• 
  
  Need someone with strong local contacts; bring a book of business.
  
  
• 
  
  This person will sell IT Solutions to small- to mid-sized companies.They primarily sell product (HP, Cisco, IBM) and consulting/managed services as well
  
  
• 
  
   Example:  someone’s data center…they can sell anything that data center would need (ie. Cisco routers, HP Servers, EMC Storage etc) as well as managed services to run it.
  
  
• Therefore, someone with an HP, IBM, or Cisco background would be ideal…..or at the very least, they need to be very familiar with these 3 companies and their product lines.
  
• 
  
  5+ years demonstrated experience in selling these products, etc.
  
  
• 
  
  Brands, channels, and strong customer relationships are key.
  
  
• 
  
  Bachelor’s degree preferred, but will also consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
  
• 
  
  Great base + commission comp package = NO CAP on earnings….plus excellent benefits package.

You MUST have experience selling IT Solutions with either HP, Cisco, or IBM products and services!
