Responsibilities:



  • Meet and exceed sales plan targets by calling into targeted subscribers and assigned leads to meet monthly sales quotas.

  • Timely follow-up on all assigned leads.

  • Actively listen to determine business needs of each prospect and provide customized solutions.

  • Accurately convey our value proposition in a manner that demonstrates general business knowledge and in line with the understanding of what the customer needs.

  • Demonstrated high closing percentages on both cold and warm marketing leads.

 


Qualifications:



  • Goal driven and results oriented a must.

  • Telephone consultative sales with a short sales cycle.

  • Proven success in a competitive environment.

  • Motivated by competition, recognition and increasing earnings potential.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet, or exceed revenue goals.

  • Ability to effectively work independently and ethically within our inside sales team environment.

  • Passion for selling and closing business deals over the phone.

  • Assertiveness to go for the sale and reach quotas while keeping a positive attitude and not be deterred by rejection.

  • Ability to identify and attract new subscribers.

  • Experience with cold calling on individuals or small businesses.

  • Experience with selling Search Engine Marketing services highly desirable.

  • Base plus monthly sales incentive plan – no cap on commission
