We are seeking a top-notch candidate to fulfill a key role within our Tyson's Corner branch. In the role of Business Development Manager for Accounting Principals, you will be responsible for the business development for positions in Accounting and Finance. Positions are for temporary/contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire positions, focused on the metro D.C. market.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated success in the staffing or recruiting arena, or have significant sales experience. A business related 4 year degree is a must!

No staffing industry experience? This may be an opportunity you would consider as a career change. Our most successful employees possess a previous accounting or finance career, or have spent time pursuing a sales career. As a Staffing Consultant with Accounting Principals, there is constant change with new client and candidate interaction every day, and new challenges to be met maintaining existing relationships and building new ones.

The flip side is that you do need your wits about you as soon as you walk in the door until the moment you walk out of it at the end of the day. The phones ring constantly with people's careers and business needs at the end of the line. They do not care that you have numerous clients and candidates; what they do care about is that you know who they are and how their search is progressing, that you know your job and that you will give them the best service available in the recruitment market today. Prioritizing and managing your workload can be tough.
