Position Description

Account Executive

Consumer Source, Inc. currently has a career opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to join the Memphis sales team of our Apartment Guide office. Consumer Source is an extremely disciplined and structured sales organization that aggressively promotes from within and offers over 30 years of stability and growth. Our successful environment is structured with a weekly sales meeting in the local office to review and discuss strategies to ensure goals are met.

Responsibilities for the Account Executive (AE) are:

·  Upgrading existing print and Internet business from the book of business given to the new employee

·  Generating revenue from new sales and renewals through cold calling and sales presentations

·  Provide outstanding, proactive service to assigned client base resulting in a high renewal ratio on existing sales business

Requirements:

·  3-5 years of successful outside sales experience

·  Highly skilled polished Outside Sales Professional

·  Excellent customer retention skills

·  Excellent communication & presentation skills

·  A strong work ethic with the self-motivation needed to exceed expectations

·  Property management experience is a plus

 

Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
Requires AA degree and/or 2-3 years successful outside B2B sales experience.
Strong customer service and client retention skills required.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills required.
