The Carrington Company has an immediate opening in the Fairfield / New Haven area for an Account Executive. We're looking for a high-energy individual with outstanding interpersonal skills to sell the Neopost world-class line products.
General Summary:
The Account Executive is a territory sales role, zip code based focused on full product line sales. The Account Executive has the ability to sell all products with the exception of those outlined in the product specialist guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Primarily focus on driving new account acquisition along with penetrating customer accounts
· Drive additional meter placements, advanced document handling and data system solutions
· Present a professional demonstration of the equipment based on needs of the customer
· Be familiar with their current equipment, cost and capabilities.
· Write sales proposals that follow company guidelines
· Maintain assigned quota described in individual compensation plan
· Sell all products
· Maintain customer base and prospects in Salesforce.com
· Demonstrate the competence and ability to utilize Salesforce.com tools to increase sales and provide superior service to our customers
· Maintain current customer base and retain at least 80% of customer base
· Acquire competitive placements as per compensation plan
· Cross sell and upsell to provide value added solutions
· Attain 100% of all required product segment quota’s
· Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and procedures
