| · Prospect and qualify leads via telemarketing, referrals, etc., to obtain maximum sales and potential volume from target markets or target clients in assigned territory. Set up appointments and make sales presentations. · Participate in local marketing activities including trade shows and direct marketing programs to promote company products and services. · Meet budgeted revenue targets through driving new business development and add-on sales to the targeted goal. Continue expansion of the sales programs and build on the established value proposition for identified key markets and clients. · Prepare special or standard proposals including pricing quotations and terms of sales as requested by potential clients. · Plan, develop and execute sales strategy and tailor to potential client. · Keep informed on competitive services, promotional matter, sales techniques, pricing and marketing policies. · Utilize resources and perform research to determine sales patterns and strategies. · Understand and maintain current knowledge on the company's products, services, features, benefits and appropriate application to support legal industry. Convey high level product knowledge to clients. Represent Company in trade associations · Communicate, interface with and instruct account management and operations regarding customer implementation, set-up, operations, special conditions, et cetera, of new clients. · Perform start-up customer training as required (i.e., new clients). · Utilize contact management software to track leads and target market segments. Ensure system is updated for accurate national database. · Experience and knowledge in taking new products and services to market and growing the revenue base of such services accordingly. · Experience working in a matrix environment to support corporate goals. · Experience working for a multi-divisional organization with leveraging synergies. · Ability to make decisions and to think in broad terms, considering impact on entire company. · Ability to interface effectively with all levels within company (to include executive level personnel) on a wide range of topics and issues. · Excellent written, oral and presentation skills. |
