About the Position:


 


Our client, Peavey Corporation, is the parent company for Safety Jackpot (www.safetyjackpot.com). The Safety Jackpot program has become one of the most recognized safety incentive and accident programs in the world. Thousands of clients have utilized the innovative programs and reported a powerful return on investment. Clientele includes: Coca-Cola, Marriott, 3M, General Electric, Four Seasons Hotels, Pepsi, GeorgiaPacific, Aramark, General Mills, Federal Express, DHL, Hilton, etc. 


SPI is hiring Account Executives to sell the Safety Jackpot program to medium and large businesses nationwide.  The inside sales representative will be expected to close new business on behalf of the client via cold calling and consultative selling techniques.


 


Required Skill Set:


 



  • Two years of professional business-to-business inside sales experience selling services to medium and large businesses.

  • A demonstrated and proven ability to generate prospects via cold calling and closing sales over the phone using a consultative selling technique.

  • Having a background selling products/services in Human Resources, Benefits, Recruiting, or other related industries.

  • Having a general working knowledge regarding business practices associated with sales.

  • Required business computing skills include use of E-mail services, MS Office business productivity software, and experience with contact management software.

  • Strong communication skills are needed. Additional background or training in a related field (safety compliance, OSHA standards) will be very useful in prospecting the target market.

Additional Skill Set:



  • Experience selling to multiple decision-makers and/or committees as well as C-Level personnel.

  • Experience using Webinar or similar technology to conduct sales presentations.

  • Preference will be given to applicants with direct experience in selling safety compliance and accident prevention to businesses-- with special attention given to those with service-oriented experience.

  • A BS/BA degree is preferred, but not required.

Compensation:   There is a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions. At plan, account representatives will earn between $55K and $70K per year from a combination of a base salary, commissions and bonuses. A full and comprehensive benefits package is available
