As the Account Executive / Recruiter, you will:

  • BUILD MARKET SHARE – SELL, SELL, SELL
  • Daily sales calls
  • Business development
  • Develop relationships with clients and act as liaison between the personnel assigned and client to create client satisfaction and ensure quality
  • Recruit staffing associates by searching databases and prescreening and qualifying candidates
  • Interview and select candidates for job placement throughout the United States
  • Skill-market candidates to current and prospective clients
  • Manage applicant process and client follow-up
  • Identify hiring needs for a variety of corporations
