FULL OR PART TIME – NORTHERN AND CENTRAL NEW JERSEY

Rapidly growing boutique distributor is seeking several motivated, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, professionals required to sell high-end beauty products to salon/spa accounts in Northern and Central New Jersey. 

Successful candidates will be able to develop and maintain favorable relationships with both new and existing clients in order to increase revenue.  Ensure that organizational goods or services consistently meet client needs.  Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Excellent opportunity for individuals with a solid background in sales, preferably in the beauty industry, and good track record. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills a must.    Spanish bilingual an asset, but not necessary.  Cosmetology license also a plus; but not required.   Exciting, friendly atmosphere!

• Seek out and establish new business through cold calling, referrals, etc.
  
• Nurture and develop existing business
  
• Establish and grow customers within an established territory
  
• Achieve monthly sales and business development goals.
  
• Organize and implement sales and education plans with customers to build     business and achieve goals.
  
• Ensure placement of all our company’s products in  salons/spas
  
• Create programs and in-salon events to drive sell-through of products.
  
• Gather and communicate information on competitive product/pricing/distribution activity.
  
• Promote Education within assigned territory.
  
• Plan and conduct in-salon product training and education.

The ideal candidate will also have:

• Prior sales experience in the professional salon industry (a plus)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
• A commitment to providing outstanding service to your customers.
  
• Good business writing skills
  
• Computer literacy.
