The New York office has an exciting opportunity in our expanding Global Strategic Media Group for an Account Executive or a Senior Account Executive. This group is dedicated to helping clients leverage their corporate brands to achieve advantage in an increasingly competitive global business environment. In this group you will have the opportunity to partner with senior Communications officers to get the C-Suite directly involved in the development of impactful thought leadership programs, as well as offer clients an unrivaled inside knowledge of the media and its agenda on a global basis. You will also provide clients with a strategic and proactive approach that drives them toward increased global market share.

As a Account Executive/Senior Account Executive you will be skilled in program execution, including media pitching, research, account administration duties and have excellent client service skills. You should also have stellar writing/editing abilities and be a self motivated team player, who is eager to take ownership of your work and contributions.

The successful candidate must have public relations agency experience. Experience with corporate, financial or professional services clients is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·  BA or BS in Business, Communications or related degree

·  2-4 years of Public Relations experience, agency preferred

·  Strong Media Relations skills

·  Creative thinking and strong written communication skills

·  You must be a team player
