Pentad, an established staffing firm with a reputation for excellence has an opening for an experienced Account Executive to join our team.

With a primary focus on business development, the person we are looking for will have a demonstrated history in sales and client relationship management. Taking an aggressive, but professional sales approach, the person selected for this position will call on business prospects throughout central NJ offering a line of staffing services which includes direct-hire placement, contract staffing solutions and temporary options.

Reporting to the Director of Client Services in our Princeton office, you will take a large part in developing your approach which will include direct sales, marketing and involvement in networking and industry groups. As your territory builds, your account management skills will come into play as you develop your clients and manage your territory.

Any experience in the staffing industry is a plus, but we will also consider candidates with a demonstrated sales and account management background, strong people skills and experience selling services in a business to business environment.
