We are looking for a Manager of one of our Account Management Groups: POSITION PURPOSE: Reporting to the Vice President, Client Management, and as part of team, responsible for managing an account management group and staff, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, contract renewal and revenue maintenance, selling additional content to the client base and managing that sales effort with the account management team.

Responsibilities: Manages the account management staff to ensure client satisfaction, retention and revenue maintenance, selling additional content to the client base and managing that sales effort with the account management team. Develops strategies, policies, and procedures for Account Management department and staff. Monitor service level standards for group and each individual account managers. Provide planning, coaching, development and support for account management staff. Maintain and continually build effective relationships with clients and third party companies with, and through the account management staff. Participate in the planning and management of client events and communications. Works closely with client services, client operation's managers, development, mangement and other Fiserv product companies to resolve and meet complex client needs. Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline is required (related work experience can be substituted); A MBA is preferred. Advanced knowledge of financial industry. Ability to travel up to 60% of time.

Job Related Experience: Seven to ten years progressive experience in banking or the financial service industry in a client facing role. Five years management experience. Sales and/or account management experience.

Required Skills: Planning, organizing and solid decision making. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships, negotiate and resolve conflict. Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to present and influence. Ability to influence at that highest levels of an organization.
