RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for management of all commercial activities with assigned accounts including generation of new business, maintaining current business, proactive issue resolution, improving service levels and maximizing customer satisfaction. Major annual objectives defined in policy deployment matrix and/or annual goals/milestones documents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum Bachelor Degree – Business Administration or Engineering preferred; MBA a plus.
· Fluent in Japanese language is required
· Analytical problem-solving skills
· Basic understanding of the strategic planning process
· Ability to work effectively and meet objectives without detailed day-to-day direction
· Must be highly organized and flexible to handle multiple priorities
· Ability to track long-range projects and objectives
· Strong negotiation skills
· Sales/Marketing experience - 5 years minimum
· Experience in the automotive industry; 3-5 years minimum
· Experience in dealing with Japanese O.E.M or Tier accounts a plus
· Ability to manage multiple accounts
· Knowledge of FNGP products desired
