Denham Resources seeks an Affiliate Manager for an exciting opportunity with huge upside and potential for growth for the right candidate.
SUMMARY
The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for profitably developing, managing, and growing a dedicated account
portfolio. The candidate will be expected to identify market trends, use that information to help develop media
strategy, and effectively buy media according to that strategy. This includes but is not limited to producing
competitive analysis, conducting informal surveys amongst the publisher base, and contributing to Creative
brainstorming sessions. The candidate will be entrusted to manage online media spend, so the candidate must be
comfortable operating in a complex, fast changing, high-pressure environment.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• Must be articulate have excellent written communication skills internally and externally.
• Possess a strong work ethic and a sincere sense of urgency and accountability for oneself.
• Must compliment ability to develop relationships with a strong analytical mind.
• Highly metrics driven and comfortable with extensive statistical analysis.
• Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and able to multi-task effectively.
• BA/BS degree required.
• At least 2-4 years of online marketing experience, specifically in the online marketing, direct response, or
affiliate marketing space.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for managing P&L of a small to medium account portfolio – drive analysis, business
relationships, and media buying decisions to reach monthly account goals.
• Manage campaign/account profitability (i.e. monitor campaign/account metrics regularly, troubleshoot
distribution changes, identify and correlate statistics to any larger marketplace changes, etc).
• Collaborate with Senior team members to develop creative business solutions that improve revenue streams
within the portfolio.
• Prospect, evaluate potential, and contact new opportunities (prospects can come from cold-call lists,
referrals, or incoming leads).
• Develop keen understanding of all products in the marketing portfolio (i.e. understand the value
propositions, competitive research, internal product Q/A meetings, etc).
• Communicate campaign/account insights back to the business stakeholders.
