- A proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
- Experience in closing six-figure software deals
- Minimum of 5+ years related software selling experience (ex; Storage Management, backup, archival, disaster recovery, business continuity, SAN/NAS solutions)
- Experience selling into commercial accounts in the Maryland market
- HUNTER who is currently handling a minimum of 30-50 accounts
- Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of the major commerce platforms for both the sell-side and buy-side domains
- Bachelor's degree or applicable job experience
