The company’s services span the property contents value chain from web-based software to claim process management to office appraisal to on-the-ground field inventory services.
This new Team member is responsible for supporting high-end insurance Clients with the medium and large loss insurance adjusters and/or adjusting firms in the Northeast region. Working with them so they utilize our the state of the art technology and services available to them.
Responsibilities:
- Single Point of Contact for Medium and Large Adjusters in a defined market.
- Intake, triage, scheduling, communication, status updates, delivery of the final product, letter, and HeROI report to the adjuster/customer.
- Develop strong relationships with adjusters in the defined market.
- Develop strategies to ensure repeat business and cadence from adjusters
- Focus on superior customer service delivery.
- Manage both internal and external expectations for service delivery.
- Gather competitive intelligence and focus on account penetration.
- Partner with IT and Operations to effectively resolve service delivery issues
- Manage and communicate performance metrics to appropriate stakeholders both internally and at the client.
- Meet or exceed target revenue and retention goals
- Train and develop Service Coordinator.
- Manage FIS within geographic territory, when on their scope.
- Understand and develop local partnerships to drive lead sharing and overflow Scoping needs.
- Responsible for attaining new leads (through current users) for Business Development Managers.
- Meet and Exceed sales, revenue, and quota goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of sales and service experience.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry required.
- Strong communication skills written and verbal; both externally and internally.
- Collaboration, team work, and ability to prioritize and multi task.
- Solid organizational, time management and strong MS office skills.
- Proven track record of successfully attaining sales and revenue goals and quota.
Strong track record of successfully meeting and exceeding revenue numbers and objectives. Creativity, innovation, organization, strong initiative, presentation skills, and attention to detail required. Excellent benefits package.
