You now have the opportunity of joining the Henkel Beauty Care Sales team in Brussels in a strategically important Key Account Manager role. In this leading role, you are expected to make the difference while operating on a highly analytical level and with strong influencing skills in order to identify and develop opportunities and reach full customer potential.


  


What we offer


Manage and develop end to end commercial relationship with one of our top customers
Develop and gain agreement on annual joint business plans that align Henkel Beauty Care objectives and strategies with those of the customer
Accountability and responsibility for P&L on customer level, following KPI’s\: turnover, profit and market share
Developing your integrated promotion plans, managing investments and selling the plan to the customer
Strong negotiator on investments, counter performances and promotional discounts, always looking for win-win situations
Monitoring customer performance and proactively adapt your plans accordingly
Ensure precise, consistent, and timely communication with the customer
Reporting directly to the Sales Director

Creating long-term relationships comes naturally to you
You see a business opportunity in every situation and you are able to convert ideas into concrete actions & results
You are an excellent negotiator, with a proven sales track record
Excel is a good friend of yours
Who we are looking for
At least 3 years of proven working experience as a key account Manager, preferably in FMCG
Master degree
Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French, as well as good knowledge of English
