About the Job
Our Norcross office is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. Softpath is a premier provider of information technology (IT) staffing services with offices in the US and India. Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Atlanta, GA, Softpath has formed strategic partnerships with Informatica, Cognos, Oracle to name a few.
The Account Manager will be responsible for development of new staffing business and building long term relationships with existing/new clients at the senior executive and management level. 1 - 2 years experience selling IT staffing services is preferred.
Responsibilities
* Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
*Indepth knowledge of the IT Staffing Industry.
* Clear and effective professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to uphold high quality control standards
* Out of the box thinking and exceptional problem-solving abilities
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills, with a strong commitment to being a team player and meeting the client's needs
* Ability to work in order to meet deadlines for deliverables
* Accountability and responsibility.
Education required: Bachelors degree.
Compensation: Base Salary plus commissions.
