Support Strategic Account Managers and Business Development Managers as the single point of customer communication on all customer orders, confirmations and acknowledgments. They are also the single point of contact for customer problem analysis, resolution and communications. The top priority for Account Manager - Inside Sales is to come to work every day with a positive attitude committed to exceeding customer service expectations for existing and new business accounts while meeting the process requirements of Company.
Core Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Maintain relationships with existing customers; develop service relationships with new customers as they transition from Strategic Account and Business Development Managers; solicit sales of new or additional services and follow-up on orders. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing department teams to support customer deadlines and sales goals. Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints, frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources
2. Serve as liaison between the customer and Company departments.
3. Manage each account plan as a project. This includes but is not limited to coordinating the process cross functionally through the organization, scheduling, monitoring, evaluating and revising systems and tools that improve the communication of program details internally and externally. Oversee all project details, ensuring deadlines are met and promotions are delivered and executed accurately.
4. Assist Company internal teams with execution of customer promotions; ensure project details are delivered on time. Prioritize and complete projects on time, updating relevant team members as necessary.
5. Maintain records and update customer’s profile as needed in CRM Database.
6. Performs duties as assigned.
