Qualified candidates for this exciting opportunity will:

·         Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools including social networking

·         Schedule candidates, interview and match qualified candidates with job opportunities

·         Identify top accounts, target companies, key market segments, and assess clients’ staffing requirements through cold call marketing from a large database

·         Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads

·        Training in our industry specific software

Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates for the Recruiter position must:

·         Have a Bachelor’s degree or related sales, account executive/management or recruiting experience

·         Enjoy reseaching on the internet and putting in some extra time to be prepared everyday

·         Possess strong written and oral English communication skills

·         Be familiar with Microsoft Word, and MS Outlook (or similar email application) and the internet

·         Have work experience in a professional service-oriented business

·         Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements
