Job Summary:
Drive existing customer engagements to increase profitable sales of our products and services and develop new OEM relationships.
Major Activities:
· Develop strategic plans to manage profitable sales growth at assigned OEM’s.
Ø Manage the sales strategy & progress in Bossard’s CRM system
· Work to achieve the territory and customer corporate revenue and profitability goals.
Ø Identify, build, & manage our customer relationships at the Executive level
Ø Able to win (close) at the management level
Ø Manage profitability of each customer including; margins, AR, inventory.
· Working with management and peers developing strategic market segments and OEM’s.
· Responsible for the development of targeted potential new OEM’s utilizing Bossard’s three levels of core competencies.
· Team leader for driving the success of assigned accounts.
Ø Quotations, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Relationships
· Power point presentations to customers and internal teams.
· Negotiate customer specific service programs and contracts.
· Continually learn new products and technologies.
· Keep abreast of competition and market conditions
· Actively participate in sales meetings.
Other Requirements:
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven sales ability at all levels within the customer’s organization.
• Strong Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task with an excellence for follow-up.
• Ability to work independently-demonstrate self motivation.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Have a minimum of five years experience maintaining and developing OEM’s.
• Proven team leadership.
• Able to identify decision makers and build relationships.
• 10-20% travel
