We are seeking an individual to provide sales and customer service support for an existing key account in the Fox Valley Area, Wisconsin. Primary responsibilities will be maintenance, development and continued profitable growth of the account. Ability prioritize and manage projects and tasks, be self-motivated, and goal oriented are critical for success. A Bachelor's Degree and/or five years experience in an Industrial Distribution environment preferred.
The ideal candidate should posses the following skills/qualifications:
- Strong written and communication skills at all levels
- Proficient PC skills including: Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Ability to develop and execute account plans
- Execute customer request in a proficient and timely fashion.
- Ability to understand and manage profitability including: quotations, margins, Accounts Receivable, and inventory.
- Closely manage customer inventory levels to provide on-time delivery and minimize obsolescence.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with customer personnel in Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Purchasing Departments.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- Fastener and fastener-related product knowledge.
