Account Manager (AM) – This position will be part of a thriving client success team that focuses on exemplary support and services to a growing client base.  This person will be directly responsible for helping our clients achieve success by supporting their system


implementations, assisting in issue troubleshooting and resolution, and being responsible for overall client satisfaction throughout the entire client engagement process. This person will also be directly responsible for managing the client renewal process, engaging the client success and sales teams where necessary, and up selling our products and services to our existing clients.  


 


Responsibilities:


 



  • Manage the IW post-sales client relationship from welcome call hand-off through the entire client lifecycle process.  
  • Manage the client renewal process, facilitating all interactions, coordinating with the sales team on all issues related to excellence in client relationship management.
  • Ownership of a 365 day client health process by facilitating interactions, communications and escalations concerning the client’s use of the Intelliworks system.  
  • Ability to retain and sell additional products/services to existing clients, and manage a client retention pipeline of business.
  • Fully understand the Intelliworks product feature set with the focus on improving client implementations, and ongoing day-to-day utilization of the system
  • Proactively reach out to clients and address any issues related to support, services or general product feature/function. 
  • Manage all his/her respective client activities within the Intelliworks CRM Database.
  • Focus on Intelliworks company vision, product set, and services as well as the competitive landscape.
  • Expectation is that this Account Manager will become a product expert, a solutions consultant and an overall key part of the Intelliworks Client Success Team.

 


PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS


 



  • Bachelors’ degree required.
  • 5+ years’ client management experience in software technology industry, education, and preferably at an annual subscription-based organization.
  • A solid understanding of technology and how a client can leverage technology to solve business problems. Must be comfortable with basic software applications (Excel, Word, MS Project, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Prior experience in higher education and/or customer relationship management applications is a plus.
  • Have strong communication skills over a variety of disciplines including writing, public speaking, and computer skills.

          Ability to craft a solution with appropriate products and services that meets business goals
