GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This position requires strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills as well as the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Successful candidates will have 3+ years Client Services and/or Account Management experience. Accounts Managers work in all aspects of the company's efforts in managing and expanding a variety of client relationships. This includes daily management of potential and existing clients, strategic and marketing consultation, and proposal preparation. Strong attention to detail as well as an attitude of providing extraordinary customer service is essential in performing successfully in this role. Other duties include correspondence, creating presentations, e-business plans, proposals, writing reports and any other additional duties as assigned by the President and CEO, the Vice President or Associate Vice President. Some travel may be required.

REQUIREMENTS
-Previous client services / account management experience a must
-Previous experience leading account management teams in a supervisor or leadership role
-Candidate must have online marketing, web, and internet marketing experience
