Primary Purpose
This position has the responsibility for supporting the sales organization with the following responsibilities: * Process Forms for Usage Requests to Internal and External Parties * Manage credit request process through web-based system * Resolve/engage in escalated customer service issues as related to contracted customers * Process non-sales customer requests and/or needs * Assist with the execution of add/delete process * Other responsibilities include: *Building customer relationships *Good interpersonal skills, including establishing rapport with customers through regular contact by phone * Customer retention activity capabilities
- Background in utility operations preferred
- BS degree or equivalent required
- Very strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizationsl skills with attention to detail
- Customer interfacing/communications skills
- Positive professional demeanor
- Works well with others, including internal and external customers
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Able to navigate web-based database
- Highly motivated, success driven
