Account Manager (Mid - Senior Level Openings)
Summary:
Our client, a premier customer relationship management firm, is rapidly growing and seeking strong account executives in Dallas, Denver and Chicago.
Account Managers are responsible for developing and maintaining strong, productive relationships with key agency clients. Also Account Managers will also be responsible for delivering strategic and focused product management support on a day to day basis on assigned client projects. Additionally, strong candidates will bring a proven track record of delivering successfully results and complete campaigns to their clients on their client schedule.
Strong hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management including direct response marketing, email campaign development and deployment, database segmentation, Web 2.0 and social media strategy. Database analytics and reporting trends/recommendations a plus.
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Maintain all client/project related scheduled, timelines and documentation
-Identify and resolve any and all client concerns and/or issues related to projects, processes, procedures and data.
-Maintain constant communication with client giving updates and progress reports (including new jobs, closed jobs and introduction of any new opportunities)
-Continued management of products & services offered by agency to its clients.
-Responsibility for ensuring all jobs and projects are properly executed and complete
-Manage monthly projects and monthly revenue stats to ensure client is billed in accordance with revenue projections.
-Quality control on all jobs confirming client satisfaction.
-Keeping up constant communication with account team
-Coordination of activities such as, conference calls and client meetings
Skills/Requirements:
-Able to multi-task, prioritize, manage personal workload and delegate workload when appropriate
-Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
-Ability to present self with professionalism, charisma, energy and confidence
Adaptability and Flexibility, as well as understanding things change and your need to change with them
-Ability to work in high pressure environment
-Demonstrated knowledge of strategic planning, complex client management and tactical execution.
-Team Player with strong leadership skills
-Excellent project/process management skills
-Track record of being part of the solution not the problem
-Highly motivated, self starter with stellar ability to work individually or in a team depending on scenario.
