Job Purpose:
This position will support and assist the director and producers in the day to day administration of client accounts and insurance plans, including Employee Benefits, P & C accounts, PEO, Consulting and Individual policies.
This position will be responsible for all aspects of the servicing and administration of client accounts and for building a solid relationship with each client, communicating and resolving issues, as they arise.

Skills/Qualifications:
The right candidate must possess knowledge of employer based insurance products. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; including the ability to make presentations to all sizes and a variety of audiences. Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously while working independently.
Florida Health/Life license and P & C CSR license (4-40) or General Lines license (2-20) preferred. Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office. Experience with GBS benefit system a plus. Knowledge of federal insurance laws such as HIPAA, COBRA (Federal and State), FLMI and state insurance statutes needed. Candidate must maintain a professional manner and appearance, at all times.
