POSITION PURPOSE: Direct Mail Marketing Account Manager provides ongoing communication and support between company and assigned clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Represents Fiserv to assigned clients.
Supports full range of services, maintaining positive rapport with client to ensure productive, on-going working relationship.
Manages coordination of inter-departmental production efforts toward timely completion of direct mail programs including Printing, Information Services and Lettershop.
Under general direction, performs moderately complex activities relating to servicing and processing client requests.
Under general direction, researches and resolves client problems and needs.
Develop and maintain relations with the assigned clients to monitor ongoing client programs and needs
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Job Related Experience: Four plus years experience. Must be able to make decisions and resolve problems using experience and professional judgement, and provide advice or analysis regarding the use of funds, equipment, and people. Has an overall understanding of the Direct Mail Marketing. Good organizational and communications skills. Ability to learn business methods and practices in the direct mail industry in general, and Fiserv products. Must be able to work under pressure. Excellent human relations skills, including written and verbal communications and group presentation skills. Must be able to organize activities and handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective and timely follow-up on each. Possess a positive attitude while operating under pressure, and be an independent problem-solver. Must be able to work under pressure. Valid Driver’s License required.
