Requirements Wholesale Markets Group has a sales channel focused on VoIP centric customers that buy a blend of wholesale voice, local voice (DID's) and data services.
Within this group we are looking for an account manager to join the team and proactively manage approximately 20 medium sized accounts across the US that do existing business with level 3.
The role will be primarily office based, with limited travel to customer locations, with the intention being that the majority of customer requirements can be fulfilled via the telephone.
The role may also include additional accounts moving into the channel, and occasionally some warm calling to prospective customers.
The role will be quota based with a focus on closing new deals as well as driving incremental revenue growth across the ~20 accounts.
The role will also involve working closely with the customer support team for billing enquiries, provisioning and customer care issues. #M
