About the Job
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experienced UTRAN engineer for Network Deployment and Optimization Projects.
- In-depth understanding of all Ericsson RAN configuration, interfaces and protocols, and capability to develop scripts, configure and troubleshoot performance issues is required.
- Must have an in-depth understanding of RAN ATM transport network and capability to modify configurations according to established templates & script procedures.
- Need to be proficient with Moshell/AMOS scripting, trace tools, CPP platform, COLI and XML scripting.
- Experience with OSS PM and Business Objects are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Based on TND and kget from RNC/NodeB, develop AMOS Scripts using local AMOS Script Generation tools;
- Perform desk checks and review of Scripts using quality guidelines and release the Scripts to Implementation;
- The position would be located in Plano, TX, and should be flexible for travel inside the US (California, Florida, Chicago, Atlanta) for customer meetings & short projects.
