General Purpose:
E & H Account Managers must thoroughly understand the customer’s business and application requirements, and develop solutions consisting of voice, data, video and VoIP/Convergence.
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 1+ year advanced selling skills, Nashville MSA market knowledge and technical knowledge are necessary. Role requires 70% sales and customer relationship skill, and 30% technical skill. Must possess ability to analyze customer business requirements, develop solutions including ROI analysis as well as utilize technical resources to complete an accurate and technically assured sales order.
Material and Equipment Directly Used:
Daily extensive computer usage including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point. Manufacturer and company provided tools for proposal generation, ROI analysis, as well as other e-documents.
