BeQuick Software, Inc. is
currently seeking an Account Manager to provide support responsibility to their
clients. This position will be responsible for maintaining current and growing
new business. Individuals must be able to interact with the engineering
community to define and influence client requirements.
Account Manager will
be responsible for the following:
- Account management and
development. - Discovering client’s needs
and implementing appropriate solutions. - Developing effective personal
relationships with a broad base of key high level executives and decision
makers within the selected client’s organizations. - Understanding the needs of
the clients and working with internal teams to translate those needs into
technical product requirements. - Working with different teams
to ensure all clients are served appropriately. - Developing and understanding
necessary information regarding selected accounts industry position,
competitive position, as well as their requirements.
Required knowledge, competencies and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
with a minimum of 3 years experience in account management or equivalent
combination of education and experience. - Strong knowledge of
the Telecommunications industry is a plus - Demonstrated
ability to work within a team. - Strong computer
skills required; proficiency in Excel and Outlook; familiarity with the
Internet. - Proven ability to
effectively manage and cultivate client relationships. - High level of
personal initiative tied with good planning, organizational, and
delegation skills. - Strong
implementation and project management skills. - Strong interpersonal
and communication skills. - Demonstrated
ability to analyze and problem solve. - Customer service
focus.
Success Measures
- Client expectations
are met or exceeded, and client reports a high satisfaction level. - Client
complaints/concerns regarding support on an account or personal basis are
addressed in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the client. - Timely delivery of
client requested information. - Account operational
schedule is met. - Revenue growth and
improved profitability of the account.
