Responsibilities:

           Developing, implementing sales strategies, expanding current business and identifying new opportunities within the marketplace.

           Identify client's technical staffing needs and provide staffing solutions by utilizing a consultative sales approach.

           Sell staff augmentation, project, and recruiting services to new and existing clients through cold calling, outbound sales presentations, and networking activities.

           The ability to demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

 

Requirements:

           Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years staffing sales experience or proven sales acumen within the IT services industry.

           Professionalism, sense of urgency, and a track record for exceeding sales goals.

           Excellent phone, written and oral communication skills.

           Strong Internet, Computer literacy, and PC skills.

           Knowledge of technology and terminology is preferred.

           Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

           BS/BA required.
