General Description of Duties – Inbound sales of financial software products to existing and potential customers. Must be able to work individually to deliver measurable and quantitative results. Professionally champion the message of the client while representing Sutherland. Deliver desired sales results in the highest quality manner with a strong attention to customer experience. Actively contribute to achieve stated team goals and objectives.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Actively generate revenue through up-sell and cross sell efforts on every call by using defined sales standards.
- Interact with external and internal customers and client in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Adhere to assigned schedules and accept responsibility for this adherence.
- Supports quality effort by following established policies and procedures to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Effectively prioritizes work time to ensure productivity and fulfills department standards for time spent on telephones and accept responsibility for this adherence.
- Meets appropriate external and internal quality standards.
- Proficient, detailed and accurate with all program technology (data & telephony).
- Demonstrate openness to feedback and a willingness to change behavior based upon this feedback.
- Effectively learn, retain, and apply basic product and sales knowledge.
