Account Manager

 

Reports to:  VP, Client Services

 

Position purpose: 

 

Account manager is responsible for managing, renewing and up-selling their book of CreditRiskMonitor clients.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

 

·         Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure overall client satisfaction

·         Responsible for the renewal of each client contract

·         Up-sell clients to ensure that they have the appropriate CRMZ service set up to fit their business needs

·         Cross-sell into client organizations

·         Continuously train and update clients on CRMZ website; answer all client questions

·         Manage and complete various client and internal projects

·         Ensure that all CRMZ records are updated and accurate

 

Position Requirements:

 

Experience and expertise required:

 

·         Ability to develop and maintain personal and corporate relationships

·         Ability to identify, follow up and close on client sales

·         Experience working in a fast paced environment

·         Ability to manage many activities concurrently

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong problem solving ability

·         Excellent follow up skills
