Company Overview

Infogain is growing its business and is looking for a key individual to help maintain its consistent level of business growth.  

Role Title, Definition and experience level:

Senior Retail Business Solutions Analyst (3 – 7 years experience as a Business Analyst in a retail enterprise)

1)      Specialist in at least two areas of retail business products and processes (15%)

a.       Be a SME (subject matter expert) in more than two products

b.      Have experience with leading more than one implementation for the areas of specialty

c.       Regularly facilitate training on the specialized products

2)      Specialist in one area of specialty retail business process (10%)

a.       Be a SME (subject matter expert) in one area of the retail industry, such as apparel, hard goods, pharmacy, telecommunications, loyalty, etc.

b.      Have experience with leading more than one implementation for the areas of retail specialty

c.       Regularly facilitate training on the area of retail specialty

3)      Lead retailer project implementation in area of specialty (15%)

a.       From retailer site, lead Inception and Elaboration phases

b.      Work closely with retailer to determine solutions applicable to their needs

c.       Create all documentation, present and obtain sign-off of retail solutions

4)      Facilitate training on areas of specialties as needed (10%)

a.       Train on specialized product as needed (retailer, BA or other teams)

5)      Participate in pre-sales efforts related to area of specialty (10%)

a.       Complete RFP requests and related questionnaires as assigned

b.      Travel with Infogain Sales Team to support sales initiative

c.       Prepare and facilitate demos, presentations and other tasks as requested

6)      Contribute to selection of appropriate retail solutions (15%)

The following areas, although not required, are significant candidate differentiators for this position.  These capabilities would generally be demonstrated by candidates with more than 4 years of experience in the target discipline:

1)      Specialist in more than two areas of retail business products and processes

a.       Be a SME (subject matter expert) in more than two products

b.      Have experience with leading more than one implementation for the areas of specialty

c.       Regularly facilitate training on the specialized products

2)      High level of knowledge of Retail Business Processes and Oracle BPA product

a.       Experience and knowledge sufficient to identify, document and discuss business process flows across multiple Oracle products

b.      Ability to describe and document multiple business processes using the “best practices” foundation approach

c.       Ability to create, modify and manage flow charts consistent with the Oracle BPA tool

3)      Facilitate training on areas of specialties as needed (10%)

a.       Train on specialized product as needed (retailer, BA or other teams)

4)      Participate in Oracle University Training program

a.       Participate as a trainer for areas of specialty as part of Oracle University
