Job Title: Account Manager, Sales/Staffing
The account manager will pursue growth within their assigned customer base and will identify opportunities to develop new business cross-selling our client’s capabilities.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Must meet or exceed the performance goal outlined in the budget for their area of responsibility.
· Develops and maintains customer relationships while actively pursuing new opportunities and leads
· Works closely with recruiting throughout the sales process
· Regularly interacts with the consultants assigned to their account and performs staff evaluations in a timely manner. Works closely with the customer to pursue and process reclassifications.
· May train consultants on use of customer specific/proprietary online applications and practices. This includes, but is not limited to, troubleshooting errors, connectivity problems, related to customer-specific tools such as Chimes, Fieldglass, Insight, etc.
· Ensures customer approvers/department information is accurate and updated through CRM system. Updates and status change forms as necessary.
· Provide voice of the customer feedback to management and support resources.
· Assists accounting with hit list and/or accounts receivable aging. This includes follow-through with missing or incomplete timecards, purchase orders, outstanding invoices, etc.
· Responsible for facilitating requests, approvals, and/or reimbursement for business related expenses, training, etc.
· Updates CRM, Recruiting Applications and contractor spreadsheets as required.
· Inputs, analyzes and regularly reviews metric data specific to customer and our Client’s requirement to effectively manage business and support quality efforts.
· Attends and participates in team meetings.
· Attends customer meetings, including supplier meetings
· Participates and contributes to organizational assignments and responsibilities
· Work collaboratively with the Project Sales team in introducing, identifying, and supporting project sales opportunities in the assigned customer base
Supervisory Responsibilities
· Manages assigned contract staff within customer base. Responsibilities include coaching staff; planning, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining consulting staff; addressing complaints and resolving issues.
Qualifications
· Effective communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills; computer internet and systems knowledge; knowledge of customer staffing requirements and company staffing procedures; customer service acumen. Ability to exercise judgment under pressure and use analytical ability to affect solutions required. Familiarity with human resources practices a definite plus.
Education and/or Experience
· Bachelor’s degree and 5 years combined staffing experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing, order fulfillment or requisition processing.
· Any similar combination of education and experience
