Outside Sales - Staffing
We are an independently owned staffing firm with a history of long-term success and we have an opening for an Outside Sales Representative selling our staffing services. This position is for candidates with first hand knowledge of SALES and recruiting in the staffing industry:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, expanding current business and identifying new opportunities within the marketplace
- Following up on leads generated by a variety of sources, including a high level of cold calling and prospect visits
- Utilizing a consultative sales approach to identify and evaluate client's staffing needs and recommend and provide staffing solutions
- Set and achieve weekly goals resulting in generated new job orders

1 or more years of prior sales experience calling on companies.
MUST have previous Staffing sales experience.
