Account/Partnership Manager Opportunity
InfoSpace seeks an enthusiastic, experienced, and creative self-starter that will jump in and become a member of a phenomenal team within an extremely successful organization and a rewarding industry. The Partnership Manager is the primary point of contact for our partners within the InfoSpace Business Solutions division. You will be an instrumental team member involved in managing post-sales partner relationships. This position requires someone who is analytical, organized and resourceful. The Partnership Manager must wear multiple hats, have a passion for their work and manage the many facets of their accounts: defining client solutions and business requirements, planning, up-selling, financials, and relationship building).
Responsibilities
• Implement partner solutions using core InfoSpace Search, Portal and DNS products
• Own the success of this relationship and manage to growth targets. Track and report success through analysis of key performance metrics
• Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth and user retention
• Resolve business issues and work with Technical Account Managers to resolve technical issues
• Assist Business Development Managers in latter stages of the sales cycle and with up-selling over the term
• Manage post sales relationships and implementation of Web Search services for new and existing partner product launches and enhancements. Build, sustain and grow key account relationships and revenue
• Help distinguish InfoSpace's Business Solutions from its competition through the delivery of superior customer service
Requirements
• Strong project management and applications experience (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent relationship-building and partner communication skills
• Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical and financial issues with partners
• Ability to identify new business opportunities with partners
• Ideally, experience within the Search Industry and one or more of the following: Portal, Broadband, ISP, SEM/SEO, Product Management
• A minimum of 5-7 years previous work experience including 3 years of related account, program or project management experience
• Strong attention to detail
• BA/BS or equivalent
