We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive to Account Supervisor level candidate for our Cambridge office. This candidate must be a real media guru with proven media savvy and storytelling abilities. Other responsibilities include: accompanying clients on regional media tours, recommending programs and activities coordinating with client's goals, effectively delegating projects, offering counsel to team members and allocating agency resources to match client budgets. Previous retail, business and consumer healthcare PR experience is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
Media
· Develop media relations strategies and deliver results
· Drive and development of appropriate public relations strategies and programs
· Know the industry's issues that directly and indirectly affect the client
· Demonstrate a well-developed knowledge of client relevant media
· Generates ideas for media outreach and pitch efforts
· Implement special public relations events such as press conferences and analyst tours
Education
· Bachelor's Degree
Professional Experience
· 4-6 years related professional experience
· Public Relations and/or Journalism preferred
· Superior media skills required, as well as strong client interaction experience
