Prepare bank deposits

Prepare Sales Tax Returns

Enter and record payroll

Enter and setup 401(k) ACH

Enter Invoices and process checks

Run reports from Timberline and convert to Excel

Compile financial statements for multiple entities

Bank Reconciliations

Develop and monitor the company’s business plan including annual budgets

Prepare weekly bank reports

Record cash receipts for shopping center

Prepare annual CAM reconciliation for shopping center

Develop and maintain long-term cash flow and income projections

Reconcile monthly loan statements

Administer and Evaluate health benefits package and 401k plan

Account Analysis

Record Settlements/closing from HUD

Work with Auditors on year-end tax returns and financial statements
