Local company looking for a property management accountant for a part time opportunity. As the accountant you will be responsible for the accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, and will be working with Quickbooks. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of working with town homes/patio homes and reserve accounts. Must be someone willing to grow with the company, if you're the right person for this position it could grow to full time.
