Our client, a growing healthcare software company, is seeking an intelligent, dynamic professional to join our account management team. Our account managers are critical to the success of our software solutions; they are responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with our clients.

You will become the client's key point of contact, so you'll be responsible for identifying solutions, troubleshooting issues, and answering questions as they arise. You'll serve as our product/solution expert, actively communicating with clients, and will aid in designing the best configurable solutions issues and problems that arise. You will be the liaison between clients and internal teams to identify the requirements, constraints, risks, schedule and deliverables.

Problem-solving and the ability to work quickly and efficiently at resolving issues are a must for this position. You will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with some of the most prominent and influential physicians in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project leadership for the client's initiatives, including project management and solution development.
  • Coordinate project teams consisting of technical staff and sales professionals
  • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of our product line
  • Provide clear and constructive product feedback to the technical team based on client requirements
  • Function as a front-line technical resource for clients


Successful applicants will possess the following:

  • Experience with current software methodologies, architecture, and design
  • The ability to think quickly and to effectively solve problems
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize, managing competing client demands while providing superior service and follow-through
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in technical account management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in the healthcare technology field
